Technically proactive

The first big step for guidebooks was to move the current film reprographics to digital. This project lasting over 9 years produced over 200 books held as Film at the printers and converting them to Digital artwork. It was positive in respect of savings in production costs of reprints together with saving time in production and having choice on which supplier reprints the work, making even more effective buying.

Challenging Project -

Supplier management of design, translation and print production of 9 different languages Stonehenge guidebooks here above. This product was produced as a 3rd Edition and translated in 8 languages from the signed off English Version, Chinese and Japanese here above. It was very challenging and involved negotiations with suppliers in producing high profile book manufacturing  including making some technical changes in order to make them cost effective.
